Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Terrace Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,300-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Intent of this Tender call is to obtain offers a new ambulance base in the Township of Terrace Bay. The work includes site preparation, extension of municipal sewer and water lines, an approximately 6,300ft2 single storey building with a living quarters section and a garage section, associated mechanical and electrical, a diesel emergency generator, asphalt paved driveways/parking and associated work for a Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents.
