The work consists of the removal of shoal material from within the Wax Lake Outlet approach channels to the East and West Calumet Floodgates and the satisfactory disposal of dredged material into the Wax Lake Outlet channel beyond the -35-foot contour. No dike construction is anticipated. Bidders shall maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be eligible for a Government contract award. Bidders are also encouraged to post notices of prospective subcontracting opportunities on the Small Business Administration's Subnet. Technical inquiries and/or questions relating to this solicitation shall be submitted via Bidder Inquiry in ProjNet. Specific instructions for ProjNet Bid Inquiry Access are provided for both first time and future access.
