Description

Provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to remove and replace six gas control valves serving boiler systems in Buildings B1005 and B1007. All replacement gas valves and associated parts must be new, unused, and non-refurbished. The contractor is responsible for completing all work in strict accordance with the Statement of Work dated 14 May 2026, including proper installation, connection, and operational readiness of the replaced valves. Work shall be completed within 60 calendar days after receipt of award under a firm-fixed-price contract. Period of Performance: 60 calendar days after receipt of award.
