Contractor is to provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to clean and inspect the sewage and grey water system, including tanks and piping, for the USCGC Robert Yered at 100 MacArthur Causeway, Miami Beach, FL 33139. Bidders are to submit a price breakdown detailing the cost of labor and supervision, as well as the cost of materials and equipment needed to complete the project. Past performance documents must also be provided with the proposal to demonstrate expertise in performing the required work. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 0800 - 1500 (8 am - 3 pm), with no work authorized on weekends or holidays. Companies must provide tax ID and UEI number and be registered and active in SAM prior to the solicitation closing. NAICS code 562998 must be listed on SAM registration to perform this service.
