PE-48401-RFQ-2026-000000588 The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking a pre-qualified firm interested in providing demolition and removal of improvements, structures, or other encumbrances in the Right of Way or Easement Areas. GDOT will select the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder based on analysis of bid prices received. Bidders are responsible for checking this solicitation for any updates and ensuring that bids arrive on or before the specified time. No bids will be accepted after the deadline. There is a restriction of communication in effect for this project; respondents are not allowed to communicate about this solicitation or scope with any GDOT staff, Commissioner, or Board Members, except as instructed in the ITB or as provided by existing work agreements. GDOT reserves the right to reject the submittal of any respondent who violates this provision. Pre-qualification requirements: Potential bidders must currently hold prequalification status for Right of Way Property Management Services issued by GDOT and possess a current prequalification certificate. Bidders not currently prequalified by GDOT should visit www.dot.ga.gov to obtain application information and instructions. Any bid received from a firm not on GDOT's prequalification listing will not be considered for award. Question Deadline 05/21/2026 at 2:00 PM ET - Questions due to GDOT.
