The Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, Community Development office is accepting sealed bids for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, and personnel required to reclaim and repave Ataage Dr, Mosey Dr, Ojibwe Dr, Anishinaabe Dr, and Vineland Streets located in Vineland, MN. The contractor is responsible for traffic control, reclaiming, grading, paving, and final landscaping including topsoil, seed, and fertilizer along the edge of the finished road. Project completion is required by October 31, 2026. Bids must show a fixed fee to complete the work, be signed by the contractor, and include a copy of the current MLB Vendor’s License (or submitted application), current certificate of insurance for General Liability and Property Damage, and an authorized signature sheet if not already on file. The Federal Davis Bacon wage scale applies. Plans and specifications can be obtained by contacting Brian Scheinost at the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe Public Works Department. The prime contractor must perform at least 33.3% of the work. Compliance is required with the EEO executive order 11246 as amended, the Copeland anti-kickback act, and sections 103 and 107 of the contract work hours and safety standards act. A 1/2% TERO Tax will be charged based on the final project cost and should be included in the bid.
