The Riverside HVOC Site In Situ Groundwater Treatment proposes to apply treatment com-ponents to achieve compliance with the groundwater cleanup standards outlined in the Model Toxics Control Act. The general aspects of this work will involve application of in situ groundwater treatment components via direct push injection, and monitoring well installation and decommissioning. The total estimated cost for this project is in the range of $1,290,000 to $1,400,000. The number of working days for Physical Completion of this project is 35. The City of Bothell reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities or informalities and to further make award of the project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interest of the City. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order or bid bond payable to the City of Bothell and in the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid amount. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
