The project consists of renovations and additions to Campbell County Middle School Renovations and Additions located at 8000 Alexandria Pike in Alexandria, Kentucky, including demolition of existing building components, removal and modification of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and architectural systems, and construction of new facilities and systems. The work includes selective demolition of interior areas, plumbing, HVAC, and utilities, with portions of existing systems and fixtures remaining in operation during construction while other systems are removed, rerouted, or replaced as shown on the drawings. The scope of work includes installation of complete mechanical systems such as domestic water, sanitary, vent, storm drainage, natural gas, fire protection, HVAC, and associated controls, along with required excavation, cutting, patching, and coordination with existing conditions to deliver a complete and operating facility. No Bidding Documents will be mailed or packaged for pick up. Bidders must deposit with their Bids security in the amount, form, and subject to, the conditions provided in the Bidding and Contract Documents. Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in accordance with the Bidding and Contract Documents.
