The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, Invite Sealed Bids From Firms Interested in Providing Site Improvements at 1-11 Colwell Avenue for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell, Massachusetts, in Accordance With the IFB Documents. The Lowell Housing Authority seeks bids from qualified contractors for various site improvements at 1-11 Colwell Avenue. The Project consists of: Bituminous concrete paving, granite curb and walls, demo and rebuilding of stone/masonry walls, poured in place concrete stairs, steel railings and guard rails, installation of underground conduit, boxes, transformer pad and electrical service to include new electrical panelboards and related equipment.
