This project involves the replacement of rotor components at the Deltona Lakes Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) to restore full operational performance. The primary goal is to improve dissolved oxygen levels and directional flow in the oxidation ditch, ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance and treatment process efficiency. Question Deadline 06/09/2026 Any questions concerning the intent, meaning and interpretations of the Bid Documents shall be requested in writing by email to jcioffi@deltonafl.gov , and received by the City at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the Bid Opening. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to perform the following tasks: o Rotor Cover & Support Replacement: o Replace damaged rotor covers. o Replace supports for rotor covers to ensure structural integrity and long-term durability. o Bearing and Pillar Replacement: o Remove and replace rotor bearings. o Replace support pillars if deemed necessary upon inspection. o Rotor Shaft Replacement: o Replace rotor shaft. o Perform balancing as required. o Gearbox Replacement: o Replace the rotor drive gear box if deemed necessary. o Reassemble and test to ensure reliable operation. o Purchase new drive motor for gearbox.
