Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Sealed bids are requested for the Salt Dome Roof Replacement. Bids must be submitted sealed and addressed to the Township Manager, with the words "Bid Proposal for the Salt Dome Roof Replacement Township of Ohara" written on the envelope. Each bid must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid price, payable to the Township of Ohara. Specifications, bid blanks, and all required information may be obtained from the Office of the O’hara Township Manager or by email request. All work must comply with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, and applicable wage rates apply. The Township reserves the right to waive any informality in, and to reject, any and all bids. No bid may be withdrawn within thirty (30) days of the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
