Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Kerman, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Sealed proposals are being requested for the KERMAN FY25/26 STREETS REHABILITATION PROJECT. Plans and specifications are available in digital format at no cost from the City Engineer or in hardcopy for a non-refundable fee. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, using the provided bid proposal forms, and must include a certified cashier's check or bidder's bond equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Bond, each for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, within ten (10) business days after contract award. Contractors must be licensed in accordance with Public Contract Code Section 3300 and possess a valid California Class 'A' Contractor's License. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, Minority Business Enterprises, and Women-Owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate and will not be discriminated against as required by law. Requests for Information must be submitted via email using the provided form no later than five business days prior to bid opening. No withdrawals of bids will be allowed within thirty days after opening.
