Description

Site work and renovation of a fire / police facility in Farmers Branch, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

Approximately OF WORK : 5,500 square feet of flat roof will be demoed and replaced.Adhere second layer of 2.2-inch insulation to bas layer. Adhere 1/2 coverboard prime. Adhere 60 mil TPO membrance. Flash all parapet walls and curbs. Fabricate and install parapet metal cap . Roof replacement at Fire Station #3.
