The Township seeks to retain a qualified environmental consulting firm to provide landfill monitoring and reporting services that ensure ongoing compliance with applicable Environmental Compliance Approvals (ECAs), Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) requirements, and approved monitoring programs for a 5-year period, 2026 to 2031. Sealed submissions, clearly labeled with the proposal name and consultant's name and address, will be received at the Township of Whitewater Region Municipal Office or through electronic submission on biddingo.com no later than the specified closing date and time. The lowest or any proposal may not necessarily be accepted by the Corporation of the Township of Whitewater Region.
