The two new ponds are referred to as the "West Pond" and "Admin Pond." The work involves altering existing surface water ponds, installing new outfalls, and constructing riprap revetments to prevent scouring or erosion. The project will be delivered under a lump sum pricing structure for the West and Admin Pond. The construction of these ponds and their associated features defines the scope of this project. Requirements include the removal of existing elements, site grading, construction of retention ponds, and installation of erosion control features.
