Sealed bids are requested for the construction of approximately 6,503 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sanitary sewer mains via open cut construction, 1,536 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer mains via pipe bursting, and 91 linear feet of 6-inch water mains via open cut construction. Bids will be received either electronically via the secure FTP site or through sealed bids delivered to Contract Administration. A bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price must accompany all bids. Bidders must not communicate with any SAWS staff, the Consultant, or City officials regarding the solicitation except as instructed.
