Site work and new construction of a civil project in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Contract #2 involves water wells test hole drilling and construction of two gravel pack water wells with surface casing, pump, and steel pump column piping. Contract time is 100 calendar days. Contract #3 is for the construction of a 15' x 100' steel water storage tower with a concrete foundation, with a contract time of 200 calendar days. Contract #4 covers construction of two concrete floor, concrete block, concrete roof well houses including all electrical, piping, gravel roads, and chain link fencing. Contract time is 85 calendar days. Contract #5 involves satellite telemetry to control the pumps and tower level with a contract time of 40 calendar days. All work is to be performed and all materials furnished in accordance with the plans and specifications provided. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or a bidder's bond for 5% of the bid amount as a guarantee, and the required affidavits regarding non-collusion and business relationships. 100% performance, maintenance, and statutory payment bonds with a corporate surety licensed in Oklahoma will be required. The project is subject to requirements under the President's Executive Order No. 11246, Department of Environmental Quality Small, Minority, Women's Businesses Requirements, Anti-Kickback Act, Contract Work Hours Standards Act, Davis Bacon Act wage rules, American Iron and Steel provisions, and the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act. SAM registration is required for all bidders and awardees. Bids must comply with all specified requirements, terms, and conditions, and the contract is to be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities and reject any or all bids.
