OECM will be transitioning to a new electronic procurement portal, Euna Procurement (Bonfire), for managing competitive bid opportunities. Suppliers are encouraged to register in advance through OECM’s dedicated supplier portal to prepare for this transition, using UNSPSC codes that best align with their products and services. Registration is required even for those already registered with the Euna Supplier Network. Existing procurement projects posted on the current Ontario Tenders Portal (OTP) will remain there, and suppliers should continue to visit OTP for updates on those opportunities. Instructions to bidders include registering at the specified portal link to access OECM opportunities. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
