Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Arnolds Cove, Newfoundland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

Provide all labour, supervision, materials, equipment, project management, transportation, permits, inspections, and associated services necessary to complete the following works: upgrades and redevelopment of the existing outdoor rink area; upgrades and accessibility improvements to the softball field backstop and viewing area; and conversion of the existing Dog Park into a Beach Volleyball Area. All work must comply with applicable policies, legislation, regulations, codes, standards, and bylaws.
