Significant repairs are required to restore the affected bathrooms and drywall areas that were damaged or removed due to water infiltration following a flood incident at Portage II. The flood impacted 13 floors, resulting in the removal of drywall and other building materials to prevent further water damage and mold growth. The repairs will focus on replacing the removed drywall, repairing any damaged bathroom fixtures, and restoring the affected areas to full functionality. This will include drywall replacement, painting, and other necessary improvements to ensure the bathrooms are fully operational and meet safety standards. The goal is to restore the building's facilities to their original state. Bidders are advised that there is a mandatory site visit. Only one representative per Bidder is permitted to attend, and all attendees must have their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes or boots and hard hats.
