Description

Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Bayfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Remove existing retaining wall, guard rail and approximately 42 feet of pavement along the perimeter of the existing parking lot. Remove existing pipes, manholes, and catch basins as shown on plan. After removal and grading according to plan, construct new paving, sidewalk, guardrail, and seeding as shown in the plan set provided. Contractor is responsible for all debris.
