Union Depot Escalator Replacement V2 WHEREAS, Service Contractor is skilled in the performance of all the Contract Duties (as defined in Section 2 below) and has offered to perform all of the Contract Duties for Owner with respect to the property located at 214 East 4th Street and 240 East Kellogg Blvd., St. Paul, MN 55101 Ramsey County, through the Regional Rail Authority Department, seeks a prime contractor to provide all supplies, equipment, material, labor and incidentals for the Union Depot Escalator Replacement project.
