Scope: This project will construct a new 3,500sf storm shelter and restroom building within Lake Byllesby Regional Park. This building will provide shelter for 500 individuals in the event of severe weather. The building is a pre-cast structure with one large open room and three restrooms. A well and septic system are included within this project scope. Ancillary work to support the replacement is a part of this project. Plans: See plan room.
