Site work for a water / sewer project in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment and performing all tasks necessary to furnish and install ductile iron pipe and fittings, copper pipe and fittings, and any other work necessary or incidental to the installation of the proposed water main. Quantities listed are approximate and are used for bid tabulation purposes only; actual quantities required during the contract may vary. Bidders must complete the provided Excel pricing sheet in the shaded areas, and prices are to be firm and fixed for the entire project. All line items in Volume 3 must be completed for the bid to be responsive. For private lead service line replacement, work will only be performed at addresses where a signed agreement exists between GCWW and the homeowner. An allowance of $1,500 is allocated for each private lead service line replacement, and the total unit cost for labor and material may not be negative. The Responsible Bidder Guidelines, including but not limited to Specification Section 00 73 50, apply to any resulting contract. Bidders must submit all required forms as included in the bid package.
