Site work for a civil project in Groton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
work includes but is not necessarily limited to, the installation of approximately 6,200 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron water main, 3,950 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main, as well as valves, hydrants, water services from the water main in the public right-of-way to the property line, road surface restoration, and all necessary and incidental appurtenances necessary to complete the water main installation. Furthermore, work includes the installation of seventy-six (76) 1-inch through 2-inch water services from the curb stop to the existing interior plumbing, including water meter installations, connections to existing interior plumbing, and disconnection and abandonment of existing private water supply wells. Question Deadline 06/03/2026 at 4:00 PM ET No interpretation of the meaning of the Drawings, Specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any Bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation in relation to the general bid should be in writing addressed to Tyler Schmidt, PE, Apex Companies, LLC, tyler.schmidt@q>excos.com, and to be given consideration must be received by the close of business (4pm) at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the date fixed for the opening of general bids.
