Description

Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a six-story above grade municipal facility.

Interior renovations at Building 845 including removal and replacement of fire-rated double swing metal doors and hardware at main corridors on the 2nd through 6th floors. Project also includes creation of new fire-rated corridors at mechanical rooms, new fire-rated interior partitions for freight elevator vestibules, new fire-rated doors, and installation of smoke detectors in new corridors.
