The project is for the construction of MB-1651 Police Boat Docks at Lake Hefner. All work must be completed in accordance with the Bidding Documents, Addenda, and the Oklahoma City Standard Specifications for Construction of Public Improvements within Two Hundred Ten (210) calendar days of the date as stated in the Work Order. The Contractor must provide a Maintenance Bond for a period of two (2) years in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. Bidders are responsible for carefully examining all Bidding Documents, Addenda, and Standard Specifications for the project. Bid Security in the form of a cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany the bid. Additional details and responsibilities for bidders are outlined in the Bidding Documents. Pre-qualification requirements: To bid on this contract, the Bidder must be prequalified by the City of Oklahoma City's Prequalification Review Board as a "Building Contractor B" at the time of the bid. Additionally, any portions of work for which a prequalification classification exists must be performed by persons or entities prequalified in those classifications. For this project, the contractor and/or subcontractors must be listed as prequalified in the area(s) of Paving Contractor "C" and Water Pipeline Contractor "C" for the respective portions of the work.
