Renovation of a municipal facility in Milford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope of work includes improvements at Parsons Government Center involving (1) HVAC upgrades and (2) boiler replacement. Bidders are required to check for current information and applicable addenda before submitting a bid. A Bid Bond of 5% for the total base bid is required with each bid. The successful bidder must provide a 100% Performance Bond, a 100% Labor and Materials Bond, and a Certificate of Insurance upon award. Bidders must adhere to conditions of employment, minimum state wage rates per Conn. Gen. Stat. 31-53, and payroll submission requirements. This project is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and all ARPA regulations apply. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive defects or informalities as deemed in the City's best interest.
