Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Nantucket, Massachusetts. Working plans call for site work for a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.

The Project consists of a comprehensive renovation of the existing Capizzo Stadium on the campus of the Nantucket Public Schools. Proposed improvements include but are not limited to: 400-meter running track; multi-sport synthetic turf field; 980-seat grandstand and press box; 17-space parking lot; concessions/boosters/restroom support building; team/officials/storage/restroom building; segmental block retaining walls; cast-in-place concrete retaining walls; sanitary, water, electrical, communications, stormwater utility infrastructure and connections; site security cameras; chain link fencing and gates; planting and restoration. ***Only prequalified firms will be permitted to submit bids for the category of work in which they were prequalified.*** Question Deadline 07/02/2026 at 2:00 PM ET All questions and requests for clarifications must be submitted to the Owner's Project Manager (CHA Consulting, Inc.).
