The City of St. Petersburg is seeking to procure one (1) Flowserve Limitorque L120-10 electric multi-turn valve actuator as a direct drop-in replacement for the existing valve operation assembly at the North East Water Reclamation Facility, which is currently beyond economic repair. The procurement is intended to restore existing valve actuation functionality without modifying the installed valve, mounting interface, or control architecture. No substitute, alternate manufacturer, or equivalent product will be accepted. Only bids for the specified Flowserve Limitorque L120-10 actuator will be considered for award.
