Construction of Cross Creek West, Section 18 water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer facilities, and reinforced concrete paving for Fort Bend County MUD No. 195. Project includes water line installation, sanitary sewer pipe, storm sewer pipe, subgrade preparation, reinforced concrete curb and pavement, storm water pollution control, site restoration, and lot grading. Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following : 1. Approx . 4,840 LF of 6 -inch through 12 - inch water line and all appurtenances 2. Approx . 3,490 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer and all appurtenances 3. Approx . 3,550 LF of 24 - inch to 60 -inch storm sewer pipe and all appurtenances 4. Approx . 13,620 SY of 8- inch subgrade preparation 5. Approx . 7,570 LF of reinforced concrete curb 6. Approx . 12,780 SY of 6- inch reinforced concrete pavement 7 . Storm Water Pollution Control 8 .
