Trades include: Demolition, Containment, Concrete demo/pour back, Unistrut, Aluminum Framing, Wood blocking, doors/frames/hardware, millwork, fireproofing, Drywall, Painting, Acoustical Ceiling, Sheetrock Ceiling, Flooring, Wall covering, Division 10 - Specialties (lockers, fire extinguishers, cubicle curtains), Wall Protection/Acrovyn, Radiation Protection (MRI shielding, MRI door, MRI window), Fire Suppression, Plumbing, Medical Gas, HVAC, Electrical, Communication/Data, Nurse Call (healthcare communication), Fire Alarm, Access Control/Security, Automatic Doors. Please provide a lump sum quote for all work packages you desire to bid (Including Sales Tax on the material & 3rd Party Rentals). Late subcontractor quotes submitted MAY NOT be used in our bid to the client, which would preclude our using these bids when the project is awarded. Please do your best to ensure all quotes are submitted prior to the above deadline. Feel free to bid on as many work packages as you desire.
