Sealed bids are requested for a contract for Residential Recycling in West Conshohocken Borough. The project requires the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for the pickup and disposal of recycling materials at all residential properties within the Borough between the hours of 7 AM and 1 PM. Bids must be submitted unconditionally and include a certified check or bid bond in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in Pennsylvania will be accepted, and the bond must state this. The successful bidder(s) will be required to furnish Performance and Labor and Material Bonds in 100% of the contract amount, a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 25% of the total contract price, and a Certificate of Insurance. The Borough reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any or all bids or take such action as may be deemed in the best interest of the Borough as permitted by law.
