This call for bids aims to award a service contract to oversee the dismantling of all infrastructure on the identified lots. The infrastructure to be dismantled includes houses, sheds, and all underground piping and sump systems on these lots. The scope of work also includes conducting a supplementary environmental characterization study on two lots. The construction site is located at the following address: Pointe-Parent sector, municipality of Natashquan, Côte-Nord region. The contract will begin on the date of signature and end on November 1, 2026, for an expected contract duration of 5 months. Fieldwork must begin upon signature of the contract and be completed no later than September 15, 2026. The draft version of the Phase II site environmental characterization report and the work monitoring report must be submitted to the MRNF representative by October 1, 2026. The bid must be submitted by a contractor who has a permanent place of business in Quebec, clearly identified by name and accessible during normal business hours.
