Description

Renovation of a recreation facility in Saratoga Springs, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.

Sealed bids are requested for the SPAC Amphitheater Back-of-House Rehabilitation at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, including elevator replacement, electrical work associated with elevator, water heater and unit heater replacement, other electrical upgrades, mechanical work related to elevator and HVAC, water heater replacements and plumbing, and modification/expansion of the existing fire protection system. Each contract (General Construction, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire/Sprinkler) specifies a separate bid security amount and estimated range. Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) participation goals are established for each contract. Bids must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the provided instructions and accompanied by scanned bid security. The original bid bonds for the two lowest bidders must be postmarked within 48 hours of receiving the bid summary. There are specific requirements regarding bid submission format, email subject line, and deadlines. Physical work is scheduled to avoid SPAC events, with defined restricted work periods.
