A. The Work of this Contract shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment and machinery, water, heat utilities, transportation, insurance, taxes, superintendence, coordination and miscellaneous services required for the construction and completion of the Work, whether temporary or permanent and whether or not incorporated or to be incorporated into the Work. All Work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. B. In the event of conflict within the Contract Documents or within these Specifications, the provisions of the more stringent, as determined by the Architect, shall govern.
