Renovation of a laboratory facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Replacement of the public address and audio-visual systems at the Combined Laboratories, including the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of public address and audio-visual systems and associated infrastructure. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the website by 1:00 p.m. MT on June 1, 2026. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the online or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. MT on June 8, 2026. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on June 1, 2026, will not be addressed. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002,
