Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Belzoni, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and educational facility.

The Humphreys County School District is seeking sealed bids for Interior Painting Services at five District facilities in Belzoni, Mississippi. Sealed bids must be submitted in duplicate and clearly marked, including bidder information and Certificate of Responsibility Number if applicable. Plans and specifications are available at no cost. Each bid must include a Bid Bond or certified check for 5% of the total bid. The successful bidder must provide a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond prior to starting work. Bids must comply with applicable Mississippi Code requirements, including a Certificate of Responsibility for bids exceeding $50,000 and an E-Verify affidavit. Award will be made to the lowest and best responsive, responsible bidder. Minority business enterprises are encouraged to participate, and no discrimination will be tolerated. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities or informalities, or solicit new bids if necessary.
