Site work for a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals are requested for the construction of Water, Sanitary Sewer, and Drainage Facilities to serve Faulkner Ridge Section 2, Faulkner Ridge Section 5, Faulkner Ridge Section 6, and Faulkner Ridge Recreational Center. Bidders may submit proposals electronically via the designated website or in person at the specified office. Bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified/cashier's check in an amount not less than five percent of the submitted bid is required. Bidders must comply with Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Texas Government Code, and declare they have not received a notice of noncompliance or have taken steps to ensure future compliance if such notice was received. Friendswood Development Company on behalf of Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 251 reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The successful bidder will be the responsible bidder that, in the board's judgment, will be most advantageous to the district and ensure the best and most economical completion of the project.
