The Lexington Fayette Urban County Government also has set a goal that not less than three percent (3%) of the total value of this Contract be subcontracted to Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. It is therefore a request of each Bidder to include in its bid, the same goal (10%) for MWDBE participation, This contract provides for the following correction measures: 1. Cleaning - Clean lines as identified by work order from Engineer. 2. Internal Inspection - TV and videotape all lines identified by work order from Engineer. 3. Main Line Point Repairs - Excavate and repair mainline by work order from Engineer. 4. Pipe Bursting Existing Sewers - pipe busting all sewers identified by work order from Engineer. 5. Mechanical Root Removal - Remove all roots in those sewers identified by work order from Engineer. 6. Smoke Testing - Smoke test those sewers were identified by work order from Engineer.
