Complete alterations to the Library at School 10 for the purpose of creating one additional office space and reconfiguring the layout of the space to make it more efficient and usable for teaching faculty using the room. The alterations will consist of creating one 10'x10' office that is accessed off the main hallway. The space will be reconfigured to accommodate a teacher work area in the rear of the space that maintains access to the existing private offices. The balance of the library will be used for instructional classroom space. Each proposal submitted must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, made payable to the "Linden Public School District", in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, as a commitment by the bidder that, if its bid is accepted, it will enter into a contract to perform the work and will execute such further security as may be required for the faithful performance of the contract. No bid shall be deemed accepted until the adoption of a formal resolution by the Owner.
