The City of Town and Country is a tax exempt entity. A project exemption certificate will be supplied to the successful contractor. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Town and Country shall award any contract based on the proposal that, in its sole discretion, best meets the interests and requirements of the City.
