CI-3-D2601 The Mt. Scott and Damascus Area Project is a Chip Seal Project. This contract will resurface 6.14 miles of roads in the Mt Scott and Damascus areas. This contract will resurface 6.14 miles spread out over portions of 43 roads that are classified as urban locals, rural locals. This contract will include, but not be limited to: placing approximately 107,784 square yards of Chip Seal with County furnished aggregate in the Mt Scott and Damascus areas; removing existing pavement markings; installing, maintaining, and removing temporary work zone traffic control measures; and performing additional incidental work as called for by the specifications and plans. Question Deadline 06/05/2026 If any Bidder contemplating submitting a Bid for the proposed contract is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the plans, specifications or forms of contract documents, or detects discrepancies or omissions, such Bidder may submit to the Architect (read "Engineer" throughout in lieu of Architect as appropriate) a written request for an interpretation thereof at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the date set for the Bid Closing. Award is subject to final approval.
