Escambia County CRA Hazardous Tree Removal Program is seeking quotes for Hazardous Tree Removal services located at 3901 Coons Ave, Pensacola, Florida 32505. This job is for large limb and trunk removal and hauling. Contractor must be licensed, insured (must meet Escambia Contractor insurance requirements), and experienced with removal of large trees and portions of trees. Bidders must provide a list of company-owned tree removal and hauling equipment and vehicles, as well as local reference work. The Quote Form must be completed and submitted with quote information. Bidders must be prepared to provide a W-9 and proof of Escambia Contractor insurance requirements on a COLI. Insurance requirements include: Workers Comp ($1M each accident/$1M each employee/$1M policy limit), General Liability ($1M per occurrence/$2M annual aggregate), and Auto Liability ($1M per occurrence). Bidders must be prepared for a mandatory on-site, pre-solicitation meeting.
