Perform work to repair the roof at École Opasquia (6,887 SF) located at 27-8th Street, The Pas, Manitoba, and repair the roof at Mary Duncan School (2,488 SF) located at 60–3rd Street West, The Pas, Manitoba. Work includes installing new roof assemblies above base roof wood decking, including but not limited to vapour barriers, rigid insulation, roof membranes, new roof drains, rainwater leaders discharge, parapets, scuppers, flashing upgrades, heat trace, asbestos sheet removal on roof decking at Mary Duncan, and minor Glulam repairs at École Opasquia.
