This Request for Proposals is an invitation for Design-Build Services for a new comfort camping village in Camp Morton Provincial Park, Manitoba. The work involves using the design-build service delivery methodology, requiring a full range of professional consultant and contractor services during both the design and construction phases. The project site will remain partially occupied during construction, with road, beach, and campground users in the area. Preference will be given to Canadian suppliers meeting all essential requirements, and collaboration may be required to identify and procure Canadian-made alternative products if non-Canadian manufactured products are proposed, ensuring equivalence in quality and performance. Bidders are instructed to adhere strictly to communications protocols, directing all inquiries exclusively to the designated RFP Contact, and to ensure that electronic submissions are made as specified. Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any other representatives of Manitoba regarding matters concerning this RFP. Proponents are to pre-register by email to the RFP Contact at bids@gov.mb.ca. It is the Proponents responsibility to ensure registration and confirmation has been received prior to the site visit. Deadline for registration is the end of the business day June 8, 2026. Attendance at the site visit will be confirmed and recorded. If proponents are not available to attend the above scheduled optional site visit, but still wish to view the site, an appointment may be arranged by contacting the RFP Contact. Proponents are not entitled to rely on information received from Manitoba’s representatives or other third parties at the site visit unless the RFP Contact has provided the information in writing.
