Provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, insurance, and transportation necessary to perform landscaping and snow removal services at the Robley Rex VA Medical Center, 800 Zorn Ave, Louisville, KY 40206. Landscaping services include site surveys, fertilizing, edging, mulching plant and bush beds, weed removal, trimming and pruning hedges, shrubs, and small trees, herbicide spraying for weed control, and maintaining specified areas according to the provided plans. Snow and ice removal services include site preparation, plowing, shoveling, blowing, application of de-icing and anti-icing materials, relocating snow, periodic monitoring after snowfall, and ensuring operations do not interfere with hospital activities. Services are to be provided 24/7, including after-hours, weekends, and federal holidays, in all designated operational and critical areas. Compliance with all Federal, State, City, County laws, OSHA, EPA, Kentucky regulations, and VA Medical Center policies is required. Bidders shall assume full responsibility for safety, wear appropriate PPE, and coordinate with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
