The purpose of this requirement is to provide janitorial services in accordance with the specifications and best commercial practices to maintain satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The contractor shall furnish all required labor, transportation, supervision, and some equipment necessary to perform janitorial services at the designated Forest Service office. Services shall be performed in a manner that ensures the facility is consistently maintained in a professional and sanitary condition. A site visit is scheduled for May 19, 2026, at 9:00 AM Mountain Time. Interested vendors will meet the Contracting Officer's Representative at the designated Forest Service office. Vendors are not required to submit information in advance to attend the site visit but will be required to complete an attendance sheet at the time of the visit. Questions regarding this requirement shall be submitted via email no later than May 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM Mountain Time to allow sufficient time for responses prior to the close of the solicitation period. Offers must be submitted by email no later than May 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM Mountain Time, in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services (NOV 2025). Amendment 001 has been issued to respond to vendor questions. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. A signed copy of the amendment must be returned with the offer.
