The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform restroom renovation services within a warehouse facility. Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing fixtures and finishes; installation of plumbing fixtures, ventilation systems, and minor electrical components; installation of restroom accessories; painting and finish work; and all incidental work required to provide a complete and fully functional restroom. Work will be performed within an occupied Government facility, and the Contractor shall coordinate all work with Government personnel to minimize disruption to ongoing operations. Any questions regarding this synopsis/solicitation shall be submitted via e-mail to the Contract Specialist, Francesca DeBoer, at francesca.e.deboer@usace.army.mil no later than May 27, 2026 at 11:00 AM Central Time. Responses to questions will be provided via amendment to the solicitation. The scope of work listed is for both restrooms in the office as well as the one in the main warehouse.
