Demolition and site work for a military facility in Newport News, Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 23,262-square-foot military facility; and for site work for a military facility.

Update #4: New Proposal Due date is now Wednesday, 17 June 2026, 4:30PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME. Update # 3: The contractor shall provide all management, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, testing, and supervision necessary to perform demolition services at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in a manner that ensures continuous and reliable operations. Work includes conducting required field investigations and providing all vehicles and equipment necessary to safely and effectively demolish Buildings 656, 657, and 2701 located on Fort Eustis. All demolition activities shall be completed in accordance with applicable requirements and standards to fully remove the identified structures. Question Deadline 05/29/2026 at 4:30 PM ET Vendors may submit questions regarding clarification of solicitation requirements to Wendy MacDonald by email at wendy.macdonald@us.af.mil. Any questions received after this date may not be answered. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The contractor shall demolish building 656, 657 & 2701. This scope of work shall include specified requirements, drawings and technical requirements set forth below. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the specifications, site map, Contract Progress Schedule (AF 3064) and Contract Progress Report (AF 3065) and terms and conditions of the contract. Building 656 is a semi-permanent building that exceeded its service life and is inefficient to maintain. The project requires removal of building 656 and all associated systems to include not limited to: any above ground piping and any storage sheds. Sidewalks, trees, gazebos, signs, and concrete sections to be removed will be identified during the pre-bid site visit. Building 657 is a semi-permanent building that exceeded its service life and is inefficient to maintain. The project requires removal of building 657 and all associated systems to include not limited to: any above ground piping and any storage sheds. DEMOLISH BUILDINGS - 2701 (Asset Size: 1,935 S.F) 2.3.1 Building 2701 is a semi-permanent building that exceeded its service life and is inefficient to maintain.
